LINDA JACKSON When I was a young woman, I went to see a psychic named Ursula. She asked me "Why do you come to see? You’re psychic." I answered, but I don’t see pictures. She told me that didn’t matter, "You will be doing readings some day and don't read the tarot cards, because no matter what you say, if people pull a death card, it plants a bad seed in their minds." When I started reading cards, I used regular playing cards like Ursula did. A little at a time I started adding decks of Zen, Carl Jung symbolism and others. I would look at a card and say what does this mean to me. I did not learn to read by the book. I am Aquarius and have to do it my own way, following my own inner voice. So I threw out any cards that would scare people and kept the ones that had a clear meaning for me to use and them to see. People are already scared of the future and psychics. You can tell someone to move in a new direction without throwing all those bloody ugly cards at them. All I do is read the cards; your emotion draws the cards you need to see. When you are emotionally involved with someone, you are in the eye of the tornado and unable to see clearly. That’s why people go to readers. Because the readers are NOT part of the problem they are in the middle of. My readings are about 90% correct. Nothing is a hundred percent and anyone who says they are is lying. Having readings in my home are more comfortable, private and best. The cards are a door opener. The reader is the enlightenment. But only you are the judge of what is right for you. Always ask God to take you to your highest good in all your decisions. Then you are protected and guided. The majority of my clients are referrals; people remember their readings and tell me how accurate I was. If you see a psychic that says, "You have a curse on you" they are a CON man.
